❓ Why am I being asked for admin approval when connecting Microsoft Planner?

Due to Microsoft's security policies, the connector app may require a one-time approval from your Microsoft 365 admin before it can access Planner data.

We're currently working on a more straightforward solution to simplify this flow. In the meantime, you can copy the approval link and share it with your admin, who can review and approve access for your organization.

✅ Once approved, no further admin actions will be needed for your users.

❓ How often do automated syncs run?

Every 5 minutes.

❓ What happens if a sync fails?
