Getting Started

Prerequisites​

Before using the connector, ensure you have:

  • A Jira Cloud instance with admin access.
  • A Microsoft Planner account.

Installing the App​

  1. Visit the Atlassian Marketplace and install MS Planner to Jira Connector.
  2. Navigate to Apps > MS Planner to Jira Connector in Jira.
  3. You will be prompted to authorize Microsoft Planner when you attempt to create your first sync configuration. Jira authorization is required for automated syncs.
